Food Delivery Module: Orders placed through our food delivery module can be cancelled at no charge if the cancellation is made before the restaurant begins preparing the order. Once the preparation process has started, cancellations may not be possible. We recommend contacting our customer support team as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

Grocery Module: For orders placed through our grocery module, cancellations are permitted up to a certain time before the scheduled delivery slot. Please refer to your order confirmation for the cancellation deadline. Cancellations made after this deadline may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Parcel Delivery Module: Cancelling parcel delivery orders is possible before the item is dispatched for delivery. Once the parcel is in transit, cancellations may not be feasible. Customers are advised to reach out to our customer support team to request a cancellation as soon as possible.

E-commerce Module: Orders placed through our e-commerce platform can typically be cancelled before the items are shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be feasible. We recommend contacting our customer support team promptly to request a cancellation.

Pharmacy Module: Cancellations for pharmacy orders are allowed until the prescription is processed and the items are prepared for dispatch. Once the order is in progress, cancellations may not be possible. Customers are encouraged to contact our customer support team to request a cancellation in a timely manner.
